Considerations for users

The registration´s applicant fills in the registration card and asks for a registration by the library worker. He´s obliged to prove himself by the identity card. He will get  the reader´s card for manipulation´s fee and also will get the user´s category which designates his specific rights. General right and duties of the users are given by the Library Rule. It is necessary to be acquainted with these documents within the registration.
